It has been a little bit since I have written. I'll try to update this as much as possible.
The weekend of Sep 22nd, Jessica and I went to a South Africa Reunion at Whitworth. It was fun to hear all of the stories about South Africa and get a glimpse into what Jessica did when she went. We also got a tour of the campus, I was really suprised to see how big it is getting!
The next weekend was Jason and Jill's wedding! It was so much fun to see everyone and chat with family. Jessica and I had a great time. It was also neat to meet Jill's family and where she grew up. We have some pictures up

The weekend after the wedding was Jessica's book club. I was able to work on my car for some time and get the stereo fixed and the headliner cleaned out a little. I started school again the Thursday before the wedding. I'm taking a Life Drawing course, which is pretty challenging.
We finally were able to get a fence permit!! Yay! So I'm pretty excited to start getting supplies and start building it. Here is a concept picture of what we're probably going to do:
Finally, last weekend we went to Olympia with Jessica's parents. It was a great time and we had lots of fun seeing Annika and Jerry (my brother and sister -in law.) We learned a lot about some government and how things are run. It was cool to see where they both are working and we had a really cool bike ride! Olympia is so beautiful during this time of the year.

Oh I also made cinnamon bread and rolls. Here's a picture:

Camping with the boys
I had a great time this last weekend with my brothers. We went camping just north of Wolf Lodge in Idaho for Jay's bachelor party. One of the highlights for me was the airsoft guns we bought to play with. The meal at Wolf Lodge was superb as expected and we watched a movie called 3:10 to Yuma. The movie was a good guy/honor movie.
I hope to get pictures from Brett soon. That's all for now.

Family Fun!
Labor day weekend, Jessica and I went to Silverwood with her family. They had a pretty nice car show with a brand new Corvette, various other cars like: GTO, Nova, Bel Air, SS Cameros, Mustangs, Porsche Sportster etc.
It was a beautiful day and we spent most of the time at Boulder Beach (the waterpark). It was a lot of fun and we had a blast at the water park.
We spent Labor day at Silver Lake one last time. It was a nice day, didn't swim (since we were tired from swimming the day before) but we went on a nice boat ride with my aunt and uncle! It was fun to see my grandparents again and the rest of the family.
Weds. we started the Bible study at our house. Lori, Ted, Aaron and Wylie joined us. We started studying Hosea. It is so beautiful how God used it and will be using it to minister to us all. I really enjoyed it and Jessica did too. We're looking forward to next weds.
Saturday was a cousin of Jessica's wedding. It was nice to finally meet more of her family. We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner and I had a good laugh with Mark over dinner.
Sunday, Jason got the bright idea to surprise mom for her birthday. We took her out to breakfast and I made a Oreo looking cake for her for dessert. I entertained my dad and Jason while the girls were at a shower for Jill. It was great to see them and we look forward to hanging out with Jay and Jill more in the future. Happy Birthday Mom!

I'm so tired!
Jessica and I went on a really nice bike ride today since I have a fancy-dancy new helmet. It turned out to be much longer than we thought though. All said and done it was only about 15.1 miles according to Google Maps.
Here was the route:
We also recently purchase a new leather couch with the help of Jessica's friend Lori and her sales tax free coupon. (Thanks Lori!!) Here are some pictures:

Lepricons Living In Our Yard
Recently, Jessica and I took some effort to save a life. We were up at her parent's house changing the oil in her car when we stumbled up this poor mangled and dirty kitten. She had crusties in her eyes that looked bloody and gross, her fur was all bunched up and patchy. She almost looked as if she had a disease of death about her.
I slowly reached towards her and without a hiss, she sniffed my fingers and proceeded to rub my hand. Thinking she wasn't as harmful as I thought, I picked her up and started to pet her. She loved it! She was so skinny though. When I stroked her back it felt like all bones. Jessica went to get some Tuna and we gave it to her. She ate half of the can without stopping to breathe. We then got some milk and she looked as if she was in heaven. She was so cute.
While she was eating away, Jessica and I were busy getting our projects done. After some debate on whether or not we should keep it, we called my parents and found a wonderful new home for her. She is a strange kitten because she will crawl into you as close as she can as if she is trying to snuggle indefinitely. My mother will love her!
On a side note: I think we're also harboring a small lepricon community in our yard with all of the mushrooms that are growing.

| 2007_07_28 - Camping at Sullivan Lake |
We went on a camping trip with Jessica's family. This was Sullivan Lake and has a private airstrip near by. Had a great time, tried to wake board but can't. I was pretty good at making fires and cooking smores though.
